You must be able to follow orders and have the capacity to think quickly and react accordingly.

No drama. If you're a drama queen, don't bother applying.
No Ninjas. If we find out you are a Ninja, associated with a Ninja, involved in the Ninja’ing of loot, don’t bother applying. If you do and we find out, we will hound you no matter where you transfer to or whatever you change your name to, we have people that relish the chance to persistently follow you and let everyone know in your future realm/guild just what type of Douche Bag you are.
We want active players that enjoy raiding and the challenges associated with it.
Must be self sufficient with regards to consumables and always coming prepared.
We Raid 4 Nights a week. You must be present for all 25 man raids. Otherwise, don't bother applying.
A Solid Internet Connection. If you regularly go offline, you are of no use to us.
Vent -- You will need a working headset or speakers/mic.You WILL sit on the bench for some fights. Everyone in the guild sits for some fights. Many current raids are designed around raid-stacking specific classes or class types.
All the right reputations done. That means if you aren't a Scribe and your Sons of Hodir Rep isn't exalted don't bother applying.
No trade skills is also an indicator that you would not be a good fit for us.

Tuesday 8:30PM - 12AM: 25 man Raid
Wednesday 8:30PM - 12AM: 25 man Raid
Thursday 8:30PM - 12AM: 25 Man Raid
Sunday 8:30PM - 12AM: 25 or 10 Man Raid
For new recruits, there is a 4 week trial phase, in which we check out our new recruits abilities and in-game priorities. During these 4 weeks, you will remain at the rank of Applicant. If you miss or are late to a raid without posting your absence due to a real life issue you will be removed from the guild without question. As an applicant, you're expected to make all raids.
If you want to apply, fill out an application. People who take the time to post an intelligent and thought out application will be taken seriously. Please do not post a half-assed application and expect us to read it, let alone accept it.

5. You will need a lot of consumables to keep up with the pace during progression raids. Do you have the will and time to put in enough effort to keep an adequate amount?
6. Will you come to a progression raid having already read any available information relevant to encounters?
7. Post a WWS report / Wow Meter Online of a three recent raids in your guild. This is REQUIRED for ALL applicants.
8. Post a screenshot of your UI while in a raid environment (in combat). (Give a list of any relevant addons not shown.)
D. Dual Spec

2. What is your gear for your off-spec?
3. Are you willing to change your main spec and/or secondary spec for guild needs?
E. Professions
1. What are your professions?
2. If you have a gathering profession, what is stopping you from dropping it for a profession that benefits your stats more?
F. Other Questions
1. What is your guild History?
2. Why are you leaving your current guild?
3. Do you play actively outside of raiding?
4. Are you able to take and improve upon harsh criticism?
5. There will be Bench time. Everyone will have to sit at one point in time or another. Are you okay with this?
6. Why are you interested in joining Reign?
7. If your application is accepted. What kind of raider can we expect you to be? Give a brief description of your attitude towards raiding in both progression and farm content. Does your level of play decline during the farm period?
G. Please complete these questions if you are applying as a healer.
1. What do you view as your primary role as a healer, specific to your class?
2. What stats do you feel are most important when selecting, gemming, or enchanting your gear and why?
3. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your class from a healing perspective?
4. What do you like/dislike most about healing?
The recruiting officer will look over your application, and contact the people we're interested in. If you're accepted as an applicant, the process can take 4 weeks before becoming a Member.
